I RETURNED TO THE GYM!!!! Now I can get the body that I want, that instead of what you may think is not that very muscular body with mountains by arms and legs. I like more the swimming type :)  Anyway… I´ll post a GPOY when I get a………decent shape. This video must be in every gym in the world.  TBC
